What's in the PDF plans
- A cover with the key specs and a 3D render.
- What the cart carries, plus a tick-box fit checklist to run against your own welder, cooler and bench.
- The equipment layout, the lettered frame plan and the mitered corner detail.
- Both cut lists, the cutting plan for six 10 ft sticks, and the steel to buy.
- Sheet parts, hardware, rebar and storage, the 11-step build order, extra views and safety notes.
What's in the STEP file
- Every frame member, post, rail and arm as its own body, named to match the cut list letters and part names.
- Deck plates, bench corner pads, caster mount plates, shelves and post-base gussets.
- Rebar rails, rim and hooks, the five TIG rod tubes, and the four casters.
- Reference bodies for the equipment: the Yukon bench, the welder and cooler stack, both 250 cu ft cylinders and the plasma bay. Hide them to see the bare frame.
- Units are millimeters. The drawings on this site are in inches, so 62" shows as 1574.8 mm.
Opening it in Fusion 360
- In the Data Panel, choose Upload and select the .step file.
- Once it finishes translating, open it. Each body appears in the browser tree.
- To adapt it to your bench, select the five posts and use Press Pull on their top faces by the difference from 29".
Changing the design
The shop drawings and STEP file were generated from one parametric source, so the numbers agree everywhere. If you change a dimension in CAD, check the cut list and the cutting plan by hand. Some sticks only have 2⅝" to spare.
